ROAD TRIP SERVICES

We provide road trip planning, guided tours, and travel coordination services. All itineraries are subject to weather conditions, road closures, and other factors beyond our control.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

• Full payment required 30 days before departure
• Cancellations more than 14 days: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 14 days: No refund
• Weather-related cancellations: Full refund or rescheduling

TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Valid driver license and insurance required
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain roadworthy vehicle conditions
• Participate respectfully in group activities

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

Highly Roadway is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during road trips. Travelers participate at their own risk and should maintain appropriate insurance coverage.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
